Scenario: Let's say you are a small business owner and you signed up to take a look at what small business live has to offer and you are specifically interested in their online CRM application, the Contact Manager.  After going through the sign up process you get to this page below.  Where do your eyes go first if you are looking for the "Contact Manager" Application?

Have you checked out Clicktale or CrazyEgg for their heatmap services? Personally my eyes went to "Create a business website" first.

Thanks for the heads up on the visual web tracking software Tyler! I've seen something similar at www.RobotReplay.com and was very excited about it initially, but this product did not work as promised, nor did it have proper support. I will definitely check out those suggestions.
